| By applying for a Membership with rangorvintage you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will remain in effect throughout your membership and after any termination, cancellation or expiration. Read them carefully. These terms and conditions can be changed at the discretion of rangorvintage. It is up to each individual to refer to this page for any amendments. Once you have submitted the application form, you have become a "Member". |

The term "Site", as referred to in this document, shall mean - The site which you are purchasing a username and password (UserId) for from rangorvintage in order to access that site and its Material and benefits of membership. The term "Applicant", "Member" or "Subscriber", as referred to in this document shall mean - The End-user, Consumer, of the services of the Site and holder of a valid username and password (UserId) for the Site. The term "Subscription", "UserId" or "Membership ID", as referred to in this document shall mean - The combination of unique username and password that is sold by rangorvintage and used to access the Site. A UserId is a license to use the Site for a period of time which is specified. The term "Bookmarking", as referred to in this document shall mean - The act of placing a URL into a temporary file on the Subscribers' browser so that the subscriber may return to that page at a future date directly, without passing through any pages that may have been precedent. The term "Member" or "Membership", as referred to in this document shall mean - the "Subscriber" or "User" of a valid username and password (User Id) for the Site during the term of membership. The term "Pirat" or "Pirating", as referred to in this document shall mean - downloading the content of the "site" entirely or only parts of it. The limit of downloading items from our "site" has been put on 4000 or more "hits" per hour.We refer to a "hit" as an item (document) downloaded or attempted to be downloaded from our "site". These "hits" are detected by special software which is installed on our "site" |

| 1 | Applicant represents and warrants that the Applicant has the legal age and all the legal rights to download and possess adult material and in all respects to be fully and legally qualified and competent to enter into this Agreement. The Member certifies herewith to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including copyright and pornography laws and regulations. There are no laws in your community that make it illegal for adults to look at adult pictures. |
| 2 | Applicant acknowledges and is aware that the use of the Membership with rangorvintage will permit the Applicant to access websites which, to the opinion of the website owner, may contain Material not suitable for minors including, but not limited to sexually explicit adult oriented Material, depictions and descriptions of graphic violence, death, mutilation, nudity, simulated or actual sexual acts, auto eroticism, homosexuality and hate speech (Collectively referred to as "Material"). |
| 3 | Applicant represents and warrants that, in the event Applicant accesses any Material, that Applicant will not use the Material in any unlawful manner, will not display, multiply or transmit the Material to, or allow access of the Material by, minors, except where such display, transmission or access is clearly permitted by law and by an authorized parent or guardian. |
| 4 | Applicant acknowledges, represents and warrants that, acceptance of the benefits, rights and privileges afforded to Applicant by the rangorvintage Membership are fair and adequate consideration to contractually bind the Applicant to the terms and conditions herein set forth and as may, from time to time, be amended. |
| 5 | Applicant acknowledges that rangorvintage relies on the representations and warranties made by the Applicant in the Application and these terms and conditions. Applicant represents and warrants that all information provided in the Application is complete, true and correct. Members are responsible for providing rangorvintage with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service. |
| 6 | An Applicants representations, warranties, acknowledgements and agreements, as herein stated shall continue in force throughout membership and as such the term Applicant and Member shall apply interchangeably. |
| 7 | Transfer of User Id: Access to the Site is through a combination of a username and a password (UserId). Subscribers may not under any circumstances release their UserId to any other person and are required to keep his or her UserId strictly confidential. rangorvintage will not release passwords for any reason, to anyone other than the Subscriber, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorized access to the Site is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law. Subscribers acknowledge that the webmaster of the site may track through the use of special software each subscribers' entry to the site. If any breach of security, theft or loss of UserId, or unauthorized disclosure of UserId occurs, subscriber must immediately notify rangorvintage or the Site of said security breach. Subscriber will remain liable for unauthorized use of service until rangorvintage is notified of the security breach by email or telephone. |
| 8 | rangorvintage does not guaranty or warrant the compatibility of the Member's equipment, computer or software, including but not limited to, the type of computer, computer configuration, browser software, other software, dial up account, TCP/IP, Winsock or online service. rangorvintage is not responsible for any interruption in service or inability of Member to access participating websites due to technical difficulties or failure of the internet, rangorvintage, phone lines, switching or any other causes beyond its control. If the site is offline for a prolonged period of time, memberships will be extended for that period free of charge. |
| 9 | All membership fees are non-refundable in the event that any valid membership is cancelled by rangorvintage for violation of these terms and conditions or by Member. If it is determined by rangorvintage , in its reasonable discretion, that the membership was not validly obtained, then rangorvintage will credit the credit card account improperly used for the charges and will invalidate the Membership ID. |
| 10 | rangorvintage reserves the right to cancel any Membership for any reason, with or without notice, if it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, when to the opinion of rangorvintage a Member has or may have violated any of these terms and conditions. |
| 11 | 7-day, Month and Three-month Memberships will automatically renew upon the terms and conditions effective as of the anniversary date of the renewal period, except that if the Member has been a member for at least one membership period, without termination or cancellation, then Member is entitled to the automatic renewal at the same rate as his/her original membership. If Member does not wish to renew membership for any successive period, then Member must notify rangorvintage within 7 days prior to the anniversary date of the membership. However 7-day memberships can cancel their subscription 1 day (24 hours) before their membership will renew. Member authorizes rangorvintage to charge any renewals to the credit card account originally provided. Members are responsible for providing rangorvintage with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service. The
Membership Fees for rangorvintage are: 7
days: $ 4.95 All memberships are recurring to 1 month memberships of $19.95 after they end (except 6 months and 1 year memberships)Access to the site is immediately granted after payment has been received by rangorvintage. |
| 12 | Member agrees to fully indemnify and hold rangorvintage harmless from any liability, damages, claims, actions or suits (including all costs and attorney's fees) arising in any way out of the Member's use of an Membership with rangorvintage, the receipt, viewing, transmission or retransmission, or use of any Material or content, or any violation of these terms and conditions. All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic files or at this site or any participating sites is disclaimed. |
| 13 | Member acknowledges and agrees that these terms and conditions may be changed, modified, amended and/or supplemented by rangorvintage at any time, from time to time, without notice. |
| 14 | If any court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part or parts of these terms and conditions are invalid or void, then the remaining part or parts shall remain in full force and effect. If a court finds that any of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited. |
| 15 | Member acknowledges, represents and warrants that he/she has read these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them as part of and in consideration of the rangorvintage membership. |
| 16 | Sites will have periodic subscription fees that are defined by the terms of the site at the time of the initial enrollment for subscription. The member is responsible for such fees according to the terms of the site. Once a member has accessed the site using the UserId, assigned to the member, subscription fees become non-refundable. Members are responsible for providing rangorvintage with notification of new credit card details once their card has expired for continuation of service. |
| 17 | Applicant understands the standards and laws of the community, site and computer to which it is transporting this material and to be solely responsible for such actions. |
| 18 | Should a refund be issued by rangorvintage, said refund will be credited to the credit card used in the original transaction solely. Refunds will not be issued by cash, check, or to another credit card. |
| 19 | Subscriber agrees that at any time they will not bookmark any page to the site that will allow the subscriber to by-pass the terms and conditions of the site upon entering. If such a bookmark exists, said bookmark will constitute full agreement to said terms and conditions as well as to admission that subscriber is of legal age of majority in their state, country or region. |
| 20 | Subscribers to the site are herewith authorized a single license to download, copy, or print material found on the site. This license shall be granted for sole use by the Applicant via one computer only at any given time. All memberships are provided for personal use and shall not be used for any commercial purposes or by any commercial entities. Commercial use of either the site or any material the site provides is strictly prohibited. No material within the site may be transferred to any other person or entity, whether commercial or non-commercial. In addition, Material may not be modified, or altered. Material may not be displayed publicly, or used for any rental, sale, or display. Material shall extend to copyright, trademarks, or other proprietary notices there from. rangorvintage reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if to the opinion of rangorvintage the terms of this agreement are breached. In the case that the terms are breached, you will be required to immediately destroy any information or material printed, downloaded or otherwise copied from the Site. Members may not give their login-name and/or password to another person… Members understand and agree that all ip addresses are logged by rangorvintage Anyone allowing their password to be used by others is subject to termination of membership. All members are responsible for securing their personal login-name/password and in such a way that they cannot be accessed by or become available to other persons. Archives are intended for use as an online archive only. Special software can detect any attempts to "pirate" the site by downloading it's contents in entirety or in part and reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member who attempts to "pirate". |
| 21 | We do not guarantee the number of celebrity pictures on this site nor do we guarantee which celebrity pictures will be on the site nor do we guarantee that all pictures on this site are completely or partial nude. |
| 22 | If members decide not to continue their membership, they must notify Account cancellations of their wish to cancel. The cancellation of a membership must be done at the following location: www.rangorvintage.com/cancel.htm Any cancellation of membership must be received within the notification period as indicated in Article 11. If the member has somehow lost all the information to unsubscribe, the Member can also ask the webmaster to unsubscribe. To ensure the membership is promptly cancelled the Member must supply the Subscription ID # and the Username used to access the site and the e-mail address given when subscribed. Sending a blank email with only the words cancellation does not give enough information to look up your account information in the database and will not be accepted as request for cancellation of membership. |
